There is a small Dutch silver mark on the barrel section

The maker's mark is unclear-possibly over-stamped as the other one on the buckle looks the same

The prints are two of ten Baxter prints called the Regal Set published in 1850

The back is hall marked and has the maker's mark in italics ML which research shows it to be a London silversmith called Thomas Wallis II despite his initials being different

It has a stem and circular base under the round cup and is worked on every surface

In good condition-just a very slight finger pressure indent at the bottom on one side as the lid is a tight fit
