The lighter is hallmarked on the fluid screw with the Evans name, and is in excellent working condition. Only slight patina from age and slight signs of wear. It also has a blank cartouche to add your initials. It comes in a black velveteen gifting or storage pouch. It has a new Ronson bronze flint, and only needs you to add lighter fluid.
