2019 SyrahWismer Parke vineyard grapes. Aged 24 months in French oak barrels with 13. 5% alcohol. Only 90 cases made. Niagara in 2019 has the reputation as one of the cooler vintages. As a result the season was extended by quite a few weeks as we looked to get extra hang time out of the vines. This allowed for more sugar accumulation and greater flavour profile in the berries.
