2019 ArinnaArinna is aged 24 months in oak barrels and made from 57% Merlot, 33% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Malbec from our estate vineyard. 13. 6% alc., 400 cases made.
This traditional method rosé sparkling wine was made 100% from our estate Cabernet Franc grapes
Cabernet Sauvignon is our focused grape in our vineyard as it covers half of it

The Pinot Noir grapes were grown in our estate vineyard’s black soils

Arinna is a name given to one of our two Bordeaux-inspired blends
11% Cabernet Franc and 6% Malbec – then another year together and finally it rest 11 months in bottle before its final release to the public (it is also bottled unfined and unfiltered)
