Springbank 12 Year Old Cask Strength Whisky (55.9% ABV)This is the brand new release of 2021 12 year old cask strength whisky from Springbank. On the nose notes of saltwater pebbles, dried apricots and peaches are found alongside honey, rosemary and thyme. On the palate the flavour starts off as minerally, salty, and peppery with a smoky note on the tongue. Caramel, dried apricots, leather, and wood shavings notes turn into eartjy and spicy notes. A medium to long finish with mineraly and smoky fruit.
