2025 Domaine Tour Campanets Bois des Fées Rosé AOPDescription Specs Emmanuelle crafted this classic Provence Ros from estate grown Grenache (80%), Syrah (10%), and Cabernet Sauvignon (10%). The 30 year old vines are on a northern facing slope with rich clay and limestone soils. The fruity aromas of the wine are preserved through direct pressing and temperature controlled maceration. Fermentation and traditional vinification are completed in temperature controlled concrete vats. This Ros blend shows

and aged for 3 months in bottle prior to release
Following a cold maceration and soft pressing
