Founding Fathers Robert Morris and George Clymer Signers' Mulberry Pen # B;ASE18118This pen is from Signers' Mulberry, held to be the only still living tree planted by a signer, growing at Summerseat in Morrisville Pennsylvania. Summerseat was not only Washingtons headquarters for a time but also the home of two signers of the Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution Robert Morris and George Clymer. This honey brown pen has a nice burl pattern. There was no part of this pen I was willing to cover up so there is no clip.

This pen is a dark cherry wood red with a patch of dark gray at the top just above a hole in the wood that I filled with a bluish peace of mother of pearl

The handsome walnut case is suitable for display on desk

This one can be a little breathtaking as areas of dark brown turn bright gold just bit tipping it a bit in the light

This pen is medium brown with a copper dust in acrylic at the top

There is no clip on this pen because there was not any part I was willing to cover up

This William Penn Pen is made from a Cherry tree that was growing on land that was part of the colonial country manor of Founding Father William Penn

These pens are just great not only for the work of art but also for the history context

the dark and light parts separated from each other while drying out so I reconnected them with some gold acrylic
