They are the perfect size for a secondary wine fermentation, and are even great for long term storage. They can easily be fitted with a bored rubber bung (RB7 or UCBD) and airlock (PLB or PLS), or sealed airtight with a solid bung stopper (RS7 or SUCB) for long term storage.
