JW Young / Sharpe's Pattern 16A fly reel with red agateFor sale here is a nice Young Pattern 16A fly reel. Made for Sharpe's. Diameter is 3 3 8". The brass reel foot is original and unmolested. Most of the original finish remains. Coin edge tensioner works perfectly. Dual pawls. Negligible spool wobble end play. There are a couple of nicks to the frame edge. No cracks or corrosion.

These reels were made from 1985-1988 and are almost impossible to find in this condition
Excellent condition with original Hardy reel case
Weight - 3 9/16 oz
wraps are perfect (gold/pongee and purple)
The rod includes the original bag
