The illustration is signed "HWA" at lower right. The front reads "A Happy Hallowe'en May you be free from ghosts and spooks May witches ne'er be seen While dark forbodings change to joy This Happy Hallowe'en." The verso is printed "No. 2500. 8 des. FOUR COLOR HALLOWE'EN" and "Made in U. S. A."
