Winston Rod Co. Vintage Limited Edition Fly Reel - 1/2For sale here is a R. L. Winston Co. "Vintage" Limited Edition Trout Fly Reel made in the early 1990s. This is the very scarce 1 2 model one of only 10 thought to have been made!! Reel is in mint condition and is set up for left hand retrieve. Any marks you see in the photos are lint hair. Your satisfaction is guaranteed as with all items presented. The spool capacity is DT2 plus 20yds backing. Comes in mint condition pine presentation box with spare

Tube collar has Ron’s stamp

raised pillar model is a replica of an early Edward Vom Hofe from the late 1880's

The script and guide wraps have received a touch-up varnish coat which is a bit sloppy in places

2/2 for a 4 weight line

The cork grip is in fine condition

A fine reel with only the lightest of wear around the rim

hardbound in full leather

Near mint condition -- very slight marks on the reel foot from being mounted on a rod

Includes bronze and cork ferrule plug

which is a few inches longer than it needs to be
