The rod is wrapped gold with very nice varnish
It is in mint unfished condition

especially with a spare spool and in this condition
Original bag and tube but hang tag has been detached and pressed into the brass top
This rod is a medium action Yellowstone model in lightly used condition
3 piece "Retro" fiberglass rod from Winston in near mint condition
with all of the hallmarks
the cork is very smooth
The reel has a smooth running operation with fully functional adjustable pin-in detent drag under the handle (this feature was replaced with the seven detent arrowhead pointer on the front and then the back plate)
