Aromas and flavours include citrus zest, stone fruit, passion fruit, gooseberry, fresh herbs and a flinty, mineral edge, balanced by crisp acidity and a long, textured finish. It pairs exceptionally well with asparagus dishes, grilled fish, salmon, creamy pasta and white meat in herb sauces.
