This cool climate, maritime region south of Melbourne is ideally suited to Pinot Noir, producing wines of finesse and savoury complexity. The wine shows classic aromas of red cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry, layered with notes of rose petal, spice and subtle forest floor character. On the palate it is
derived from the mountain range dividing Napa and Sonoma valleys
with touches of plum
chased up with a grapefruit-driven finish
