It typically shows an enticing bouquet of cherry, raspberry and plum with floral notes of violet and rose petal, alongside hints of spice, licorice, sage and earth as it opens in the glass. The palate combines fresh red fruit, fine, structured
low-yielding vineyards located on the valley floor
It shows aromas of ripe black cherry
coupled with sea breezes provides the perfect conditions for making fresh
layered with hints of liquorice
The wine then undergoes slow secondary fermentation in bottle
principally in the Darling district
In the glass it shows a deep cherry-ruby hue with purple tones
